My Rampside had a 'one digit off' issue. I talked to the DMv, and they sent the state inspector (to my house even!). 5 minutes later, he determined the VIN had not been altered on the Rampside, and completed some paperwork to issue me a title. Eric P DeWitt, IA

As almost everyone has mentioned, molded is good. I have not found a replacement molded carpeting that fit as good as FACTORY molded carpeting though. The factory carpet almost snaps into place! I have 205/50-15 on my Z-28 wheels - Bridgestone RE71R. They are 200 Treadwear, I think - very soft and sticky for AutoX, but good street tires, though will wear quickly. Car is lowered at least 2 coils. I should probably count some day. Eric P. DeWitt, IA

Jim- I have a 6.5hp Honda GX motor in mine. You need to carefully choose the mounting position- but the gas tank goes right through the hole in the body. The recoil and header have to be carefully relocated. No pics- it's put away for the winter :(

Tony- Every AMT/Ertyl kit has exact,y the same detail. Depending on what exactly. You are looking for- the AMT Blueprinter Parts pack with early Corvair engine (with turbo parts) plus an AMT car kit engine, PLUS the engine in the Ed Roth Road Agent, you can source some bits to make a relatively close approximation. This is speaking only 1/24 scale. Notes: No early model kits had engines

I have a set of NOrS Moog in the garage- 2 inners and 2 outers. I also have a set of Clarks inners and outers waiting to go on the race car. I'll have to compare the two. I have no problem putting the Clarks ones on my cars. Eric P

I have the California Car Covers Duststop on my 65 Sedan. Fits very well, keeps the paint protected. I usually also throw a sheet of visqueen over it- so that when we are grinding in the garage it doesn't fill my cover with abrasive dust. I've also had many Walmart Budge Car Covers- they let everything through. Eric P DeWitt, IA

I run in F-Street Prepared, local Autocrosses. Steve Goodman said it best, above..."Also look at the rule book, examine what you have with the car lightened/stripped/no glass/etc and see what class your car will fall into. Then when you are at the track you can see what you will be running against and you can decide whether that is a class you can live with." You mention your car being stri
