110 manifolds bored to match 140 primary exhaust tubes for the reason you describe in such a turbo motor can crack at the interface with the tube gasket because the manifold material becomes too thin there .

Twenty years ago, I replaced the original dash pad on my 1961 Monza coupe with a Clark's reproduction . The Clark's pad (metallic blue) is superb and looks like new. Easy replacement.

Calculate the area of the late-model rear shoes vs. the FC shoes to decide which brakes you would rather use. The conversion to FC axles and late backing plates and drums is easy. I'm not sure about 14-inch wheels but if you roll the fender-well inner lip a bit, notch the control arm and weld a plate to cover the notch (all easy to do), 8.5-inch-wide, 13-inch wheels and tires with a 9-inch s
