I broke a piston ring on the very last piston I was installing. Does anyone have a std size piston ring collecting dust they wouldn't mind giving up? What a bummer........I feel like a dumbass. lol Thanks Scott

Does anyone have a pic or diagram depicting the proper front to back brake line routing for LM cars? I'm about to install the main line and I can't remember what it looked like when I took it out. Thanks!

According to Clarks (just received an email) the OilStat opens up at 180 degrees so maybe 175 would be a good mark to aim for the fan to turn on. Either 175 before the Oilstat or perhaps 185 just after?

I'm installing a external oil cooler and Clarks oil stat and I want to install a Fan Relay switch that turns on at a certain temp. Would this one work: It's for a coolant/radiator system but I'm thinking it would work. Also how about the temp range? What would be the optimal temps I should be looking for? Cheers!

I'm going with dual Weber 40 IDF's and instead of my 4bbl set up collecting dust I figure I'd just sell it. It comes with: - 4 freshly powder coated black tubes - IECO 4 bbl intake manifold OR unknown brand with vac secondary outlet - Roger Parent throttle linkage......brand new, never used - a whole bunch of hoses and clamps.......used I was thinking $250 CDN plus the ride I can't

For those of you that swapped out your LM rear seats for something else did you remove that top, stock bar that spans the rear seat back section? I'm wondering if the angle would be uncomfortable without it or not. Thanks

Have you checked the alternator? If your alternator is pooched you could be getting good amperage when it revved up (rotating faster) than when it's at idle (slower). This happened to me once.

A local guy contacted me because he saw on Facebook that I was in to Corvairs. He found in his garage what appears to be a turbo Spyder distributor and a partial 4bbl set up. What would be a decent price to offer for these parts? I can use the dizzy but plan on selling the 4bbl stuff. Cheers

Came across this in the local Kijiji page this morning. The intake manifold is an odd set up and I can't figure out the tranny? Can any of the Corvair guru's figure this out? I may buy it for parts just to keep it out of the scrap yard and going to waste.

My Monza is becoming a Corsa clone so I need to drill out the holes for the emblems. Does anyone know what size bit to use when drilling these holes for the retainer/emblems? Cheers

You can order gauges with different temp ranges. Search around their website a bit and you'll find em.
