It comes with a rubber and a thick paper gasket. I want to know whats the best gasket to use. I'm thinking the rubber one with some sealent? whats the best one to use ? Lift .297 Duration .279. My guess it's a re ground cam? This is going in a 140 PG and it has a non pg crank in it. So we are trying to figure out the 4 degree advance we need for the pg.
