I knew Bob Richmond and have seen the car, it is very nice. I believe it has a 110 HP engine in it. Rex does know the car, maybe he'll comment. Marty Scarr

The spindles are a 2" drop spindle I don't remember all the details about adapting them, but I'm pretty sure they use a larger ball joint on the bottom, don't remember about the top. Anyone know what's involved? Thanks

Hi Bob Yes, they come with the Hoosier tires but you will have to grind the tires or use something like "Track Claw" to make the rubber have some grip again, but in all reality, the tires are probably junk.

Steve - Great job on the cleanup of the old drawings, it's great to see what Bill Thomas was doing. Ken Hand, did you happen to take a picture of the heads you saw? Anyone else have any pictures to show? Anyone have a picture of an assembled engine with the heads?

Well the original video has been replaced by THIS NEW VIDEO He has added to his original video showing that his method is viable, as after assembly it still has the same clearance as on the surface plate. Maybe he had his shim and spacer surface ground so the ends are parallel? IDK but maybe I'll have to try it his way

You can get them at Speedway Motors, they were used on many Fords. These are jam nuts, so they're low profile, but you can just use two of them and tighten them against each other. HTH
