Hey All, So the Vair has been tucked away for the last few months but today it was 50 out so I thought I'd fire it up. Damn, I missed that sound! Turn up your speakers and enjoy! Awakening

I've used Space Bags storage bags before with great results. Put the parts in the bag, seal, and vacuum out the air.

Starr is a great guy who knows his stuff! He personally took the time to help me build my 140 in his shop with all his expertise. As for the buggies....You should hear them run, WOW!!

That is my old car! I wonder what he means by "bearings could use an update"?? Unless he has trashed it that's a steal at $3500! Wish I would never had sold it!

Hey All, It's been about 6 months since I've had an update. I hate to say it but nothing has really been done other than some light work. I installed my NOS tailight lenses and built my headlights. My headlights are glass flat euro style with H4 bulbs. The lowbeams have the turn signals built into them considering I shaved the originals off. Here you go..

Hey All, Been a little while since I've worked on the Vair. Went to install my headlights and I'm confused as to why my headlight buckets and by headlight backing plates both have the bezel mounting tabs. I know I just picked the best parts out of both my '66 Corsa when I sandblasted them and painted but apparently I chose wrong. Why did my 2 Corsa have different ways to mount the bezel

Hey All, Driving home from work today I spotted a Lakewood and a Rampside on a trailer being pulled by a white Dodge on 84th street. Anyone here?

One other way that produces excellent results is to invest $20 in a Harbor Freight HVLP paint gun, a gallon of Rustoleum enamel, and a gallon of acetone. Scuff the old paint, wipe down with acetone, thin the Rustoleum with the acetone 4:1 and spray away. All in all about $60 and the results look great. I use to spray all my dirt track cars that way and a couple daily drivers back in the day.

I might be wrong but I believe the later years are the same. I had a '67 column and it was the same as my '66.
