Hey All, I just got home from a FREE Corvair parts score! Called the guy and he said "just come get them, I want them out of my garage"! Got a pair of OFFY valve covers, 3 chrome pushrod tubes, 3 full fin jugs(one has aluminum fins), 1 STD forged TRW piston, lots of viton o-rings and misc. seals, front cover, 1 unknown cam, a dipstick, several rocker studs, several pushrods, and a new set

Hey All, Got my front hubs back today from the machine shop after having them turned down to fit my disc brake rotors. Anyway, now I need to install my new bearing races as I removed the old ones, any trick to doing this without the GM special tools?? Thanks,

I use 3M aerosol adhesive remover, works great. Don't use it in a closed area or you'll get higher than a kite!

Hey All, So i have the next 2 days off work and am planning on starting the reassembly of my '66 Corsa rear suspension, engine/trans install, etc.. What I need though is the torque specs for the suspension bolts, are they listed somewhere or?? Thanks!

Hey All, So, I stripped my '66 Corsa some time ago and have been gradually refinishing/rebuilding the front and rear suspensions, all wiring, all brake lines and much much more. Anyway, I removed all the wiring, brake lines, fuel line, e-brake cable and clutch cable from the tunnel sometime ago and now I've went to install all the new stuff and can't remember how it all goes!
