I have the Firepower FP-18 and it works great for light work. I've used it to cut 1/4" with no problems other than having to go slower than the bigger units.

On my wheel wells I cut reliefs in the lips and rolled them flush with the outer panel and welded them in place. I run a 265 on the rear with still 3/4"+ of space left. Maybe a 295 would fit with the right wheel.

What is 3/8" window cord? I was there when he installed it and he did prime the window edge and channel but he used the black silicone stuff in the tube.

Hey All, Today I installed the stainless trim around my front and rear glass. The rear went fine and looks good but the front has a huge (1/2") gap between the trim and the glass. Anyone else have this issue? Any ideas? Rear is fine Front gap

Hey All, Sorry for the late update, just got the Vair back from the alignment shop and WOW what a differnce in the way it drives! Set the alignment to: Front: Camber -1.75* Toe-in 1/8" Caster +4* Rear: Camber - 1.75* Toe-in 1/8" Anyway, as for the power issue I did some timing work and set the timing at 25 degrees at idle at 1000RPM and 39 degrees advanced at 3000

I havent tried the 1st vs 3rd yet as it's at the alignment shop now. Heres the wierd thing...this @#$%& raps hard and fast sitting still in nuetral. Cranks over easy and starts after a couple pumps. has trouble idling until warmed up abut like I said won't idle under 1000 for very long befoe stalling unledd you fether the throttle to keep it running. When I did drive it 2nd gear and up it see
