I never talked about my car a lot, but I bought a 67 electric top convertible in 05 (I think) for $500 in Dallas Texas and drove it home to Houston. Granted I put the seats i wanted in it in Dallas and sold the original seats to reduce the price, had a new windshield and top put on it along with Rims and tires. Texas were selling what was basically a large scale minibike, thinwall tubing, Briggs and Stratton engine, I only ever saw them in yellow or red, there was no bodywork at all and the most striking feature (to Me) was that the wheels were white wagon spoke car rims mounted on what appeared to be trailer hubs that had axels running thr Forum: Corvair Center Forum 8 years ago shomeyrwit There have been 5 3/4 LED headlights for Harleys for awhile, very expensive, but everyone I know that uses them "LOVES" them. they do not look like regular headlights they have two or three lenses under the regular glass lens

Forum: Corvair Center Forum 8 years ago shomeyrwit Thanks Dave I was guessing the 454 block diesel (which wasnt very good) might fit but didnt know if the newer engines , gas or diesel would fit Forum: Corvair Center Forum 8 years ago shomeyrwit What engines fit in the Toro transaxles,,, I was under the impression most came with 454 or 403's I believe most corvair conversions use 350's . My question is is there a Diesel , specifically newer duramax , that will fit that transaxle? Forum: Corvair Center Forum 8 years ago shomeyrwit Anybody here have any experience with the FC Wanderlodges or GMC front drive RV's?
I'm considering replacing my travel trailer and pickup with an old school class A and am interested in those two models in particular.
All I know about the GMC is that much like a Corvair the prices range from reasonable to insane for very similar vehicles.
The wander Lodge is price Forum: Corvair Center Forum 8 years ago shomeyrwit I'll bite on a 140 governor as well if ya got more than one Forum: Corvair Center Forum 8 years ago shomeyrwit SO the new complaint is that the infotainment system doesnt fit seemlessly into my expectations,,,,,,
