I must have missed that. Least I knew per the story was motor was still an unknown. From the latest addition to the story "“The good news?” Mark continued, “Is that the engine sounds good. But…well...” Wait, I thought we were done with the bad news part of our show… “…you can have a bunch of parts, but if it’s not built well, it really doesn’t mean anything. And I

HI To follow up on this: Did look very close at 2 2 brl weber carbs. To much variability and seemed fussy too. So did have the current carb rebuild it is a 750 CMF quadjet and getting that installed. So I'll share results once running. Thank you for all the feedback.

Way to go on the build, and good story. Looking forward to seeing it completed.

I vote to Build one. Get a case that will work and collect all the cool stuff you want to make it run hard as new parts, and spec the head work to use all the cool stuff to its' maximum capabilities, assemble, the fun part, then swap more fun, and sort from there, then run it hard. Best to you.

Hi Looking to change out a leaking center mounted 4 Brrl with no low end off a good running 140, to something different. 4 Brrl is 640 CFM, and is from 1971. I would really like 2 newer modern 2 brrls, or 2 TB's with modern features, but still use all 4 of the 140's intakes. Let me know your thoughts and what known available part could be used to make this work. I m ok with new, but will

saw the photos of the interior thought it was different too. with the aging/fading or heat changing. here are some shot of a fawn interior that sat in a grarage for 40 + years. Color looks pretty cream yet, but then it had been out of the sun. So hard to say. And it was a willow run car if that would matter.

reply to alpha1906 " I just bought a '66 Monza for its drive train, but I was thinking about having a You Pull It Party for everything else. The front is smashed, so I'm not sure it's any good to anyone as a complete car, but there will be the interior, dash, windows, etc." alpha 1906 Maybe just "slap" on a 69 ish Corvette or first gen F body GM front clip with some kind of spoiler, MACO paint

please help me understand Seth Emerson Wrote: ------------------------------------------------------- > Run from the Convertible. Why would you post a > pair of photos that show one plate has been > altered? Goofy. So from that statement I would understand that the red convertible in Sarasota is a fake? And the altered plates are between the vin tag and fisher body tags.

Jim, yes the LM 500 had my eye as it was a value. But it was a Hard Top. But being close like 50 miles from me and only 500 bucks it was contemplating. As it could have been a good fit. The Rochester MN Corsa was a real good deal, probable the best so far, and I contacted that seller and was too late. Visited with the seller several time and we did meet, He was a very nice man and he did
