You could run it as a two carb motor for now and add the secondaries at a later date. I would call Ted and he can let you know the best way forward.

I have been running Ted's system sense the first of the year. It is a game changer for drivability and reliability. I am coming up on 5000 miles this year on the system. Would recommend.

64 AC cars and FCs still used the PCV valve just like 63s. So keep that in mind if you want it hooked up that way.

On my wagon the cables that ran to each rear brake were sticking and had a bunch of friction that I did not know about until I took them loose at both ends. in my case I was able to get them freed up and re greased and working great again. Have you jacked up the rear to see if they are both engaging? I pulled the drums and then pulled the lever only to find that one pulled more than the other

harmonic balancer, belt guides on the top shroud, 64 style generator fan and the missing oil cooler looks to me to be a 12 plate. I am pretty sure it is a 64, I tried to look up the carb tag but did not see it in the junkyard primer.

I wish it were a bit closer, if it had been I would have snagged it. It would make a good core for a nice wagon or FC motor. Someone grab it. eBay Motor

Yea, they are the same for all "Fresh Air Heat" EMs. This one has a good defroster lever, they are often broken. Good luck with your sale.

Thanks Crawford, I will have some here so I do not get stuck with every thing apart. Do they just push over a post and grip? I am not sure if this is the correct name but I herd them called push nuts?

I have newly covered backrests for my front seats in my wagon but I am not sure how to remove the caps where the seat fold. I put screw driver behind it but it did not feel like it was going to come off. Rather than mess it up I thought I would ask. Sorry for the large picture it was all I could figure out on short notice.

I don’t need a vacuum balance tube. I put one on a while ago with PCV port, knowing that I might need it down the road. I need the tube that connects the two air cleaner bases, it has a little clip that holds the PCV valve. Wagon Master, I got your message and will give you a ring tomorrow.

Wagon Master I sent you a PM. Just to clarify I need the engine turkey roaster top shroud not the cover with the blower bearing. I should have been more clear, it sounded fine in my head because I know what I was talking about.

I would like to convert my wagon from a road draft tube to a PCV setup. I do not want to punch a hole in my top cover so I would like to find a 63 FC top cover and switch it out. I will also need the PCV tube that runs to the crossover and to the passenger side air cleaner. as well as the tube that goes between the air cleaners and has the clip for the PCV valve. I also need the Passinger side ai

As American Mel said This is typical of a road draft tube setup, the easiest way to fix it is to install a 63 or later PCV setup on the car. My 62 wagon does the same thing you are describing and just like you the car has great compression and does not use oil. In my case I think that my valve guides are not as tight as they once were. I do plan on swapping on some fresh heads one of thes
