That is where LH thread adjuster is so it's correct Y/N? I manually adjusted both sides...pedal got much better.

Does left hand thread adjuster belong on the driver or passenger side. I am sure it is obvious but I am too GA to think that hard on a Sunday.

Came to me with dropped intake seat cylinder #3. Apparently the valve seat debris can get around. Supermarket is my air cooled spaceship stash. Using all used parts except for new gaskets. Striper will rescue...using it's left over head. Whom ever ID the blue struts gets a prize. What vehicle I'm using it in is top secret.

You may not "need" to pull the powerpack. But it makes it 100% easier if you do pull it. Don't forget...all the rubber is 58 years old. Best practice is change everything this time.

Using your current Corvair shifter shaft four speed with C5 can also be done. You could think about going to the Corsa National Convention to get ideas. There will be plenty of V8 cars there with a planned V8 Registry meeting. Plus there are a couple excellent well attended PNW events every year. My point is look at everything out there before you spend $$ money.

WELCOME!!! Please keep us in the loop on your progress. As long as you never ever dump the clutch you'll be okay. I did everything that could be done to a differential. On my Crown car in the nineties and didn't break it. There are a few stronger alternative upgrades. Lots of C5 differential ways to go out there. Plus Porsche 930, G50, or Turbo 4 speed. But that req

That Tesla booster is bitchen but it wont fit without modification to the reservoir. We installed a standard style vacuum booster in Zonker...you need to run vacuum to it. I do have a backup vacuum storage tank purchased as it needs more for repeated braking.
