The stamp is T1202 YR but no turbo drain and a solid steal pulley. Cant see head, distributor, differential, and if granny 1st numbers yet. Still fooling around with it on the trailer...off and up on lift manana.

Amazing what no vacuum leaks, proper timing, carb adjustment, and Corvair Nut love will do for an old engine...runs great.

Early 1963 mystery shifter. Only a 400 miles round trip. Guy had no idea about Corvairs. Still doesn't know it's a deluxe. Turquoise Crystal with cameo stripe.

Yes a 1963...no clue why it was parked. Running and driving now is all that matters. Steve gave me all kinds of deluxe options info.

Very little rust and the fact that it is a deluxe says it's worthy of a full nut and bolt restoration.

Other than the fact that it is a deluxe...the lack of rust is the best part. Have an e-mail into Steve about deluxe options so I can speak intelligently.

$3K and it needs a clutch...probably pass. But a 500 with zero options is a cool car.

The sixty bench seat was her last chance to be able to see over a dash. And be able to turn the steering wheel in a Corvair with light steering. Actually Jim has a nice six door Corvan and wife was quite enamored with it.

I considered driving down to look at that one. The Corsa West people are right around the corner. Going north to a Rampside today...I'll be watching.

Sorry no A/C, A/T, LOS, vert, tele, or Sebring seats...Richard. But it does appear to be a deluxe...Steve has the data plate codes.

It is a late in the production year Oakland plant build. It's a good guy, everything works, all stock, no rust deal.

Finally getting my wife down to Jim's sixty sedan. If she can see over the dash...I'm buying it. (tu) She has not been able to see over a L/M dash yet. Me in SuperVair and her in the Sixty...adorable.
