Oh yeah let me know if you hear anything. You can tag my email: coleslaw31@hotmail.com Forum: Corvair Center Forum Yesterday Slaw31 Poking away at it, working on popping in the small pieces now. Getting a lot of help with getting my final piece to the puzzle made. Forum: Corvair Center Forum Yesterday Slaw31 Mr. samurray3 has really been a big help with this. I cant think him enough and am excited to see this coming together. Forum: Corvair Center Forum 4 days ago Slaw31 KenHenry Wrote:

Yessir I appreciate it, I could have a friend make the part from wood and mail it out to you if I need to. Having the main brackets to work with I can fit wood easily then get a good measurement made from it? Forum: Corvair Center Forum 4 days ago Slaw31 Here is the traced print actually printed to size and bolted to the bracket. Its only purpose is to keep tension between the smog pump and compressor, the compressor is actually the one that is driven by the crank pulley, so technically I dont even need the pulley to use my ac but I really want to complete it since I am so deep into it. Wow if he has that part he is the man.
I will say this little endeavor I know isn’t critical for my car to run but it’s been fun piecing it together. Forum: Corvair Center Forum 4 days ago Slaw31 KenHenry Wrote:

It is a trace, I Forum: Corvair Center Forum 4 days ago Slaw31 Sorry fellas about the confusion. I was looking for that part as well when I popped the infamous circle on that photo but now I just need the idler. Luckily someone had most of the brackets in a parts pile and let me have them including the correct 2 groove compressor!
Im fortunate that the final part is as simple as this is. Forum: Corvair Center Forum 5 days ago Slaw31 These are discontinued by clarks, anyone happen to have a old catalogue with these listed? They are for a late but not sure what type. Forum: Corvair Center Forum 5 days ago Slaw31 The main portion of the bracket is flat. It has a cylinder that is pressed in and drilled through to allow a bearing and pulley to be pressed in. Forum: Corvair Center Forum 5 days ago Slaw31 Okay, I plan to run them, just wanted to see if there was a significant difference. GM had them offered for a reason. Forum: Corvair Center Forum 5 days ago Slaw31 I need this part cut out for my ac system. Anyone here have the ability to cut flat steel parts? Forum: Corvair Center Forum 5 days ago Slaw31 I just purchased some springs for my 68’ convertible. They show they are HD coupe/sedan. Can anyone tell me what difference in convertible vs coupe/sedan springs there is? Just stiffness and I’m assuming I can run these without issue. Forum: Corvair Center Forum 14 days ago Slaw31 65’ mount will be going to a new home tomorrow. I saw Steele rubber does s rebuild service on corvair motor mounts, they make great seals. Thoughts on that or does anyone know the quality of Clark’s mounts? Forum: Corvair Center Forum 21 days ago Slaw31 Lane66m Wrote:

Yessir and that is why originally I was going to run it. But I decided to install the smog back in and it requires the coil to m Forum: Corvair Center Forum 21 days ago Slaw31 jfreez Wrote:

Looks like you plenty of time to save up haha Forum: Corvair Center Forum 22 days ago Slaw31 Bump. Any 66-69 used mounts someone would be at least willing to donate Forum: Corvair Center Forum 25 days ago Slaw31 I ordered a 65' motor mount without knowing that my 68' had a different style originally (it had a 65' style unit in it so that's what I thought it needed)
The 65' style will not work for my setup now so I need to get a 66-69 style. Hoping to recoup some of my funds.
