I just bought some 1968 pear head keys in case anyone needs them. Brass and some aluminum no nickel plated.

I'm looking at a set of tryout keys that are supposedly "EE for '73". Is that the same E key as '69? I've never seen EE.

B-10 blank started in 35 not 36. My Dad has a 35 standard coupe and the key from it would start my 64 Spyder.

Sam is confirming that 1935 was the first year.
Other posts in this thread have said '36
Also repeated in other forums as incorrect "common knowledge"

My reference to '36 was to a chart on a webpage that was marked '36. I had to repeat the error, or my directions to the chart would not work.....angry smiley
