FC interesting combo.

Disregarding the price, this add shows an interesting FC. It's been said you could order a FC in many variations, especially if they were ordered by a larger company.

This one has no deluxe trim, front individual seats (no bench), glass in the middle, the rear panel has no glass like a van. Looks like someone added both the second and third row seats.

That is a Corvan, not a Greenbrier. Corvans out-sold the Greenbrier in 1961-1963.
The Greenbrier was included in the Chevrolet Car line-up and was described as a "Sport Wagon"
The Corvan was part of the Truck line, and was marketed in a different way. Options were indeed many. Here is the story of the Corvan on Corvanatics website.
