Help sourcing a part?

Any of you know where I can source this part? It's the rubber plug in the brake line hole of new brake cylinders when you buy them, it's also the perfect size for my fuel pump project, someone must make them as every brake cylinder I have bought has them, thanks.

Is that to keep oil from being slung up through the hole? I JB welded the hole in mine shut as it was another annoying oil dribble.

You could also tap it and put in a bolt.

Dave,
What's the project? Is this a dummy pump supporting an electric conversion?
