Torque converter nuts

Comparing my torque converter to another PG converter. His three nut plates that the flex plate bolts screw into, they slide around a little in their brackets. Mine appear to be welded, and amateurishly at that. So mine don’t move at all. Is this ok?

If it was together before and didn't shake, and came apart easily...most likely OK.. but not factory... Large pilot in end of crankshaft keeps it centered..
