Kevins' post above made me curious how much time I have spent here instead of working. gggg 13 years ago (I don't think that counts before when Dick Kanashiro was running CCF) I started with name 'steve goodman'.

I managed only 3177 posts until Jan 2005 when old computer died and new computer needed me to add 'c' to my name. Now an additional 9635 posts for grand total of 12,812 and today isn't over yet. No wonder I am always behind here. But the good side is that at the end of March I start 51 years of having the shop running and luckily no end in sight.

I still learn from reading CCF so all is good.

best wishes, Steve

I'm 2000 in 6 years. I resisted looking at it for a few years because I had enough to do but I really like it here. I thought I was a blabbermouth...

You right about time flying. However, it reminds me of how long it has taken to get my car finished. I hope I will finally drive it this summer! smileys with beer

Matt, thanks again for your help in keeping this going and on track. I'm over 4500 on the new system. Don't know about the old. I printed some things out back then, because I thought some info that was important to me would be lost. Glad I did. Actually I was looking through the printouts last week and they date into the 90's. I did a lot of posting back then, hard walled office, and sometimes slow days.

I've learned a lot in my 11+ years here. Don't remember when I passed the 10,000 mark.

Unfortunately spending too much time answering emails on oils and maintenance from 100+ countries, and finding parts for the Mini and Dauphine to be on here every day.
