I have also seen one (though an S10 pickup) just like it in person.

The driver is extremely squished in the cab.

wow, i think its either photoshoped or got hydraulic or long travel air bags, anyway you wouldnt be able to turn the wheels?? Just lower it and park it, most likely, if it is real!

No way that is real.
Suspension would be running into the engine, and there could be no bottom-end on said engine.eye rolling smiley
And if that isn't enough, the steering wheel would have needed to be relocated also.
And it isn't.
