LM - How many turns of alternator to one crank rotation.

Has anybody ever marked the alternator pulley and turned the crank pulley one turn to see how many turns the alternator made (LM with stock alternator pulley and fan)?

Measuring the pulley diameters is not precise since the belt walks down in the pulley so you have to turn the crank one rotation while observing the alternator pulley - with the correct fan belt.

Thanks in advance for any info.

One full revolution of crank turned alt pulley just a couple of blades short of 6 revolutions. 3VX560 belt/stock pulleys on my 67.

best wishes, Steve
