Wasn't '64 the same except for the center cap?

The spinner itself was the same for 62-64.

62, 63, and early 64 used the same insert with the Chevy bowtie.

Shortly into the 64 model year, the insert was changed to the "triangle".

The only difference is the insert. I am not concerned about the insert if you have one for 64, Nick.

Sorry Crawford I just climbed up on my shelf to look and the extra one I have is a left.

Maybe check with Geoff Johnson in NM (The Stig), I sold him an extra set of unrestored KH wheels plus some extra parts a couple years ago...I can't remember what all was included.

Sorry Crawford. The set from Nick went on my Lakewood. The one spare it came with that I have is LH. I bought two more sets of KH wheels in October. Only came with four spinners and adaptors though, so effectively that's one set. If I come across any spares I'll keep you in mind!

Seems most of the spares out there are LH. I'd guess people hit curbs with the RH knock-offs, may be why there are so few of them it appears.

That special Corvair with only left wire wheels and a right quick steering arm.... yeah, the factory late quick steering arms don't work on an early with or without wire wheels.

When I was amassing my KH wire wheel collection I bought a full set from an estate sale in WV. When it arrived it had 5 left hand adapters and 5 left hand knock offs. I called the guy (son of deceased) and he said "that's how Dad ran it".

Nick, maybe you are onto to something in the Corvair challenge, I should be looking for a left hand spinner and adapter! Then a RH spinner and adapter will be all that is for sale.
