Parts needed: Control Rods & Crossmember Bracket
Posted by: loots ()

Rebuilding the front end on my ‘62. While unbolting the 6 bolts that hold in the crossmember I broke the bolt that attaches to the bracket (see photos). I could drill it and tap it but would rather just get another if possible. I am in need of the driver’s side.

Also, upon inspection I will need both control rods with good threads. After removing the crossmember and disassembling, mine are worthless. I already bought all new hardware from Clarks.

I have attached photos. One photo is a page in the Clarks catalog. I circled the parts needed.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

West coast people should have lots of those brackets in good shape. I have bought the "hockey sticks" from Dave Motohead, as what you see is on most every car on which I change the bushings. You can search for him on here.

Thanks Frank! I've bought from Dave before too. I will reach out to him.
