Need Parts -- EM manual trans stuff
Posted by: MoxyRamone ()

Since deciding to go back to a 4-speed, I've been digging through my spare parts and I've found that I have most of the stuff to go back. Unfortunately I was forced to sell off most of my Corvair stuff by a former landlord and I am missing a few key components. The stuff I need is mostly little things that I will likely order from Clark's, but there are a few big things that I need that I would rather get used.

I am looking for:
EM manual bellhousing
EM manual brake and clutch pedal assembly
EM 4-speed shifter

If anyone has one, some, or all of these that they are willing to sell, please let me know.

I have a spare '64 motor with bellhousing, probably keep the case and crank.

I will check on the bellhousing.

For brake and clutch pedal assembly, check with Ken Ragan, HACOA, or PM me for his contact info. He used to have a bunch of cars or see davemotohead.

I have many sets of 98 and 102 heads, maybe 110, all dirty, good (no drop seats) and with valves and springs.

Do you want any EM manual bellhousing or a 64?

I should've done more reading before I posted. Yes, a 1964 bellhousing is needed. I forgot that they are basically LM engines in EM clothing. I think any manual bellhousing from 1964 - 1969 will work but I'm not entirely sure about that.

If it is for a 64 I have a standard bellhousing available. The price is $25 plus shipping. The bellhousing will be greasy and needs cleaning.
