There is not a bargain EFI around for the engine. If it's out of your budget, consider running carbs until you save enough. The American Pi EFI uses the stock carb bases so changing is not that hard. Their system is $2,000 and comes with the controller and interface setup. If you get really good at saving, they can tri-port your heads and install six throttle bodies. Want to spend more? Get that setup with a turbo, or even better a twin turbo setup. You can make a monster amount of HP and torque.

Folks : Take note of the A/F ratio run to make this power.
Also note how closely it is controlled by using computter controlled FI.
One of the simplest tools you can install is a A/F measurement system to get the most out of your engine.
IMHO
I would like to see the advance curve and total advance used for this test / dyno run.

I could't agree more that EFI is not a cheap item but IMHO it is worth every penny spent weather it be on Ray's nice throttle body conversion carbs the TMW system in the picture or my, Cartwright Fuel Injection, they all are better than CARBS hands down
There are, of course, the purists that want only carbs and that too is good.
As always there is more than one way to skin the carb or cat.

I wouldn't mind seeing what this engine would produce. with a split duration racing cam, like maybe a 300 /310 with .520 lift at the valve, and 108 LC.
Or maybe a 310 /320 if for a road race car.
Are there any engine power output prediction programs that can extrapolate the above data?

Bob:
I do have two engine programs I can run to see trends of different combinations of parts.
I would like to get more information on the cam profiles.
Can you email me your phone number to cartwrightinjection@gmail.com and I will call and discuss so I better understand how to approach the query.
