Two articles about JB Granger’s Corvair
Posted by: OttawaCorvairGuy ()

I was doing some research on one of my project ideas and came across these two articles.

More than likely these have been posted many times before.
But I thought I would share them anyways - just in case some of you have not seen them before.

I hope you enjoy them. Back to my research. Grin

Thanks Chuck!

That is one extremely nice Vair!

I am not at all impressed with the author of the Goodguy's article.
He has no grasp on the use of the English language!

"Inside the cabin, the interior was gutted, the seats replaced with leather covered PROCAR race buckets, performance pedals, and other racy appointments."

That car does NOT have a gutted interior.
That is one very well done custom!

Thanks for the youtube link. That video is not easy to find.

I knew I had seen this car years before but could not find it in a search here. Now I know it was a Youtube vid when I was searching for recent uploads about Corvairs and saw it there.

It looks like a really nice build and an outstanding resto-mod Vair.

There are a lot of well done V8 swaps out there. JB Granger's has a lot of really trick modifications. Another one that ranks up there is John Black's award winner. I saw it in person in Knoxville where it took fastest time of the day in the auto cross. Mike Levine got to drive it. I'm sure he can comment [www.v8registry.com]
