clutch adjusting rod question
Posted by: Murphy ()
Date: January 11, 2018 11:59AM

Sorting through boxes of "stuff" today, I came across a clutch adjustment rod, and I noticed it is a larger diameter than the one used on my '61 coupe.

Can someone tell me if the Vans/Pickups use the larger rod or is this for a LM?

I didn't measure anything, I can tell just by looking at it that the one I found is larger in diameter. Sorry, no pictures either.

Thanks

Is threaded end the same 3/8" but larger towards the release brng fork end? If si it is 65-up. Early used same 3/8" diameter from end to end.

best wishes, Steve

According to parts book, there are 4 rods (4 different part numbers):

60-64
61-62 F.C.
63-65 F.C.
65-69
