Great pictures. I said the same thing Nick said (Yenko sold Saabs?). Did DY "build" any Saabs with his magic? Great pics.

Really cool photos. Thanks for sharing.

I'll admit I'm interested in that Luv in the 2nd photo. I really like the stripe treatment!

I see in the back yard various Sonnets and others sitting there. Tim I know you share my affinity for Swedish steel.

Bob McClurg's book thoroughly detailed the Yenko dealerships including many pictures.

Much of the info in McClurgs book is inaccurate. .he even plagiarized several pages from my first book.

Steve sez: both books are good reading Mark.

Buy from Mark, he lived the experience with

Those pictures were taken about 4 years after I left Canonsburg for the Navy! I remember the Turbo Z's. I sat in a blue one while I was in the dealership. I tried convincing my Dad to buy one, but he went with the Monte Carlo instead.

Noone going to ask about the address on the sticker? The Yenko dealership moved to Route 19 in the neighboring town of McMurry, can't remember what year that was.

YS089, that's now Chuck Sadek's car IIRC.

Thanks for the walk down Memory Lane!
