I recently drove by their main office on Arrow Highway, San Dimas, California. They have a VAIRY nice building that looks brand new. We were there visiting my mom (age 91) over the holidays.

Hmmm.
I guess no one had told me or my Pert II that so we never had a problem.

Stick or Auto? Auto in drive is the one where problems occur.

The Pertronix II module problem occurs at low RPM, like a PG in Drive.

Maybe your PG idle was high enough. Some folks set the idle speed a little higher and don't notice a problem.

Typical Pg complaint is "It runs fine in neutral, but when I put it in drive it miss fires."

Petronix I is fine. NO need for the Pertronix II in non-Turbo cars.
