Brrrrrrrrr!!!!!

Well don't know about you, but it is could in KY!

Been this way since Christmas, this morning has been the lowest so far. A blistering -2° with windchill of -10°.

The furnace has ran continually for the last 3 days!

Haven't been in the shop since before Christmas to spend time with the family and it takes forever to heat the shop up and for it to feel warm, when it is this cold. If I wasn't cheap, I would leave the heat on but at a lower temp. But I hate to waste the propane when I'm not out their!

Hopefully Monday is to bring warmer weather and I can get back to working on the corvair!

Hope all is well and warm in your area!

16 degrees in Jacksonville NC last night. So cold that we are moving back south to our home and canceling this vacation. RV is too cold natured to spend a week in with evenings at 16-20 the whole week. Learned our lesson.

He he he.
Sorry Al, didn't anybody ever tell you that there is a reason birds fly SOUTH for the Winter?
Vacations are fine this time of year.
You just went the wrong direction!

20 degrees this morning in Gulfport ,Mississippi. Weather man said there was ice on the waters edge on the gulf. I didn't walk 2 blocks to see it . Seen enough of that when I lived in Michigan during the winter.

We got all the way up to +2 deg C today, sun tanning weather almost. We have been around minus 30 for the past week or so with wind chills closer to -40. Has not been fun.

Heck going south wasn't going to a big difference either. Looks like snow and ice at home by the time I get there. 233 miles to go. And 26 degrees at the NC / /SC border right right now. Can't find find Pedro at the South of the Border amusement facility either. Guess he went further south.

We're in full panic, forecast has 2-4 inches of snow for us tomorrow so we'll be shuttering the state until it clears. But I have to work tomorrow.

Just got home and it is 27 degrees. We have trailer furnace running with 2 full propane tanks onboard. Also have an electric heater inside set at max temp to assist. Electric tongue jack failed to operate. Fuse good, wiring good and battery at 13.5. Worked fine this morning at 18 degrees. What heck now? Let Camping World figure it out. Cordless drill and socket will get it off the truck when I can deliver it to them sometime this week for warranty repairs. Good night all.
