WELCOME to the CCF. You are an original owner of a 1963 Corvair? Is your automotive machine shop doing Corvair work such as cylinder heads?
What state of the union are you in? Again, welcome to the CCF.

Just guessing, Tim.... but I would think that his on-line name nginbldr would stand for New Guy In Boulder (CO).

There's a Corvair guy near Minot with several although I haven't talked to him in 15 years or so.
There's a fellow on this forum near Fargo who inherited his father's Corvairs.
I'm working on a Corvair engine for an ATV project near Cando.
I worked on a fellow's Corvair from Oakes, when he passed away his brother moved the car to SD. I talked to another fellow who works at the farm Co-op in Oakes about working on his Corvair but I haven't heard from him lately.
Perhaps some others will pipe up. Not exactly enough to make up a Corvair club but there's a few around.
I had a 64 coupe that I used up as a daily driver. It was not real rusty before I introduced it to salt on the roads. It had a soil coating on the underside that I couldn't identify, I thought perhaps Iowa but later figured out it was from North Dakota.
