ATF in Differential angry smiley

When it rains it pours. First I have gas in my engine oil and now I have ATF in my differential. It wasn't much, just a red tinge in the fluid that came out when I pulled the axles.

This car has only been driven a handful of times in the last 20 years. I assume the seals are all shot from sitting. I am going to just rebuild the diff while it's out of the car. Any other seals I should tackle while the engine is out? I am already going to replace several on the PG to stop some known leaks.

Be sure to look very closely at the R + P gears. I have heard nothing will destroy hypoid gears as fast as ATF oil (other than driving without gear oil).
The word we use to use is "intermix".
