Locating rear seat belt mounting holes ?

My Daughters 65 convert does not have rear seat belts and I cannot locate the mounting holes, I added belts to my 64 convert which had holes provided, what am I over looking ?

Think the 65 had no rear seat belt holes but early 66-69 did. you should see Nuts welded to the inside of the rear fender wells if your car has seat belt provisions.

I thought I would give you a shot from the outside. There is a double thickness under the outboard nuts so they are just spot welded in place.

The inboard nuts are welded to a healthy plate, because of the single thickness in this area. One is about a half inch higher than the other, but still equal distance from the horse collar mount. The loop in the horse collar is offset to the driver side. The bolts are about 13 1/4" apart.

The seat belts are installed !!! The instructions helped but needed to improvise some, Thanks to all. This car has 3/8" insulation on the back and bottom of the rear seat, it should help with engine noise with the top up.
