Vent System for Low Profile Dual Carb Air Cleaners

After building the Low profile EM air cleaners I realized I needed to get the crankcase fumes out of the engine compartment. With the heater on I did not want any odors in the cabin of my Lakewood. The following is my solution to the problem. All build items were purchased from a local hardware store.

Was there a reason you couldn't use/reinstall the factory hose nipple in the right side cleaner?

WM notoriously too small for many performance engines.

Regarding the question why didn't you use the "factory hose nipple in the right side cleaner"?
I did not have any air cleaner tops with the hose nipples. I had the bases with them however they dump the gases before the filter. I needed to get the hose connection after the filter. The 45 deg. angle of the hose nipple I installed makes it easy to install the top cover.
