Matt, a guy saw my red Rampy at the Maggie Valley show and said his father-in-law passed away about 9 years ago and his widow was ready to sell it. I went to NC last week and made the deal. Jerry

That is how My Dad's 62, "Dainers Rampside started out. But his has the heater.

Great find and it's a 64 also. Does it still have the 64 FC engine? With the low miles I'm guessing it does!

Dave, still has orig. 110. I think the only option it has is oil bath air cleaner and 4 speed.

Don, thanks but I can use my dolly.

I like that beige respray. Very neutral and the chrome bumpers that the previous owner installed, compliment the cleanliness of the truck.
A "no heat" option on FC's always trip me out.
Geography, a buyer not wanting to spend an additional pittance, or a miser boss that felt his fleet guys didn't deserve anything,is what first comes to mind.

At any rate... "1 of 851"!

Thomas,
Thanks for the offer on the caps but the original ones are present. It was repainted around 15 years ago. The paint code is 528 (fawn) The chips I have seen are very close to paint on the truck. All documents and service records are with the truck so maybe the story on the bumpers will be answered. As for the heater delete, it was ordered and spent its life in Florida. Jerry

Wow! It looks immaculate! That color is fantastic. Do you have any plans for what you are going to do to it and with it?

Art, I plan to freshen up as needed. Engine seals for sure and clean eng. compartment. I have a red and white 63 with AC and PG that I drive daily so this one will lead a pampered life. Jerry

Nice score Jerry. Can you show us pictures of the heater delete items. (covers, engine covers, lower dash, floors, etc.). We don't see HD vehicles here in Colorado.
