Carpet, front, and rear seats.

Long before any of this could be installed, I spent many days working on window and top frame adjustments.

You are doing a great job Bill!
Two questions:
1) Did you install the engine assembly by yourself or did you have help? Seems like a lot of up & downs for positioning the hoses.

2) Did you use stone guards for the rear grill?

I installed the power train entirely by myself.

Yes, stone guards were installed as they were originally on all 1964s.

Applying new snaps to boot compartment trim. Old snaps were removed so trim could be polished.

Special Snap anvil is placed on a firm surface

Snap is placed on snap anvil

Trim is carefully positioned and held on top of snap

Shaft of snap is carefully tapped with a flat punch

Final step is one I added - carefully tap around flattened snap shaft with a small socket to flatten the trim on bottom of snap

Attaching the trim to the car.

First step - cover the pinch-weld with "waterproof tape" - I used rubberized Friction tape - same as Chevrolet

Second step - carefully position the clips - all except the ones near the corner go on the car first - the corner ones go on the trim first. Just follow Clark's instructions. Note that I left off the front side clips, as they tend to stress the weld to much.

Attach the trim. This is trickier than it seems

First - line up the outside of the left side trim, then carefully slide onto rear clips - keep screw hole in the corner lined up. You WILL have to use a rubber hammer (with more force than you think!) to get it fully lined up - make sure you are only hitting on the vertical side of the trim!

Second - do the right side- be sure to keep all holes lined up and watch the overlap to make sure it ends up in right place

Third - insert the 3 screw-in snaps

Final - insert the two "fuzzy" screws.
