Is the transmission stock or beefed up to take additional power?
Is it still titled as a Volkswagen or a kit car/assembled roadster?
Stock brakes or disc brakes?

Considering that the original body is still there, I see no reason that the title would need to be changed.
It is still a VW Bug.
Just modified slightly.
Do Corvairs need a title change when adding fender flares, air dams, and spoilers?
