Has anybody ever made a sleeve that would allow the correct fit-and seal- of a 140HP exhaust log onto a 95 or 110 exhaust tube. I was thinking about a small - maybe stamped - piece that would be a tight fit into the manifold, but be retained from falling in. If I could find something like this, I would just install a complete 140 dual system onto my 110 street motor. It might not be too hard to make these.

Hey Seth, if you are just looking to "open up" the exhaust a bit, why not get a pair of those exhaust manifolds that Motoheads friend makes?

That would certainly be on the list of To-Do"s The Kostich logs look quite efficient. I think they would be especially nice and efficient on a street 140 motor- plus you still get heat and defrost.
