LM Suspension support when engine & transaxle removed

Has anyone made a support for the rear control arms when the power plant is removed? Would like something so I can push the car around.

I was thinking of making a telescopic one that will slide into place, But I just tie the lower control arms together and put a piece of pipe between the axle yokes.
