pair of original black LM "A" Pillar covers for sale. They are in very good shape. There are no tears. These were originally for 68 and 69 models.Easily a nice driver quality pair. If you want concours they are good ones to refresh or possibly go with as is. Take a look at the picture. If you have questions just ask. I'll get back to you asap. $75 buys them and gets them to you anywhere in the lower 48. Other places $65 and actual shipping.

Your asking price is already more than reasonable for those uber-rare parts. Did you list them on Corvair Trader or Corvair Forum?

I thought that was fair but I've been out of the loop for a while. I was unaware of Corvair Trader though. I am assuming it is the facebook page? Thats what came up when I googled it. Thanks for the tip. I remember you have always been helpful!

I'm believe that they do not fit convertibles.

Would they fit a 65? the plastic ones have never really appealed to me as my first Corvair was a 68.

You could modify them to fit a convertible by cutting the tops off. They should fit a 65-67

All, they will NOT fit a convertible, period. Forget even modifying the top, as it would not be worth the effort, and would look really bad.

But YES they will fit earlier years. Been there, done that.

The ones offered are from a '68, as they have a coarse grain. The '69's have a fine grain.

Mark I believe the tops are covered by the corner caps on a convertible. If you cut them down you would never see it unless you removed the caps.

Your right but it still would be a shame to cut them up.

Lee J, no, you are wrong. even the padded convertible "A" pillar covers have a curved section in them. So even if you cut it, a coupe cover will NOT work. Been there, done that.
