'63 Spyder CP went for $18k

Spyder was high and RS was low... to me anyways with the prices we've seen in the last few years..

The 64 Spyder was a part of the Marvin Richer collection with only 2000 original miles. However I didn't know that GM produced a wood grain dash & glove compartment, not to mention the chrome engine components. Also, red line tires ?

I would have liked to seen the woodgrain dash and glovebox.

Actually, while not possible to see the quality from the distance the pictures were taken from, I like the wood-grain inserts.
The polished aluminum console, is something that I have only seen once before!
With all of the effort to chrome plate EVERYTHING in the engine compartment, I am surprised that nothing was done to dress-up, . . .
the Blower Bearing, the fan itself, and the dull grey oil cooler.
The touch that really boggles my mind though, is the tuck and rolled floor(?) that goes completely 90 degrees to the pattern of the seats ! ! !
