Safe travels!
Where in Oregon are you heading out from? When you say "80" do you mean 1-84 along the Columbia and then down to Boise?
Might want to post up your proposed route and folks can follow you as you go.
Photos along the way would be great!

Matt's Ultravan is #335 = Corvair powered coach. Unless the power-plant has been replaced.

I'm taking 84 to Salt lake then 80 across. Currently just west of twin falls now. I'm posting pictures on the corvair owners group because I can't compress them on my phone.

Here's some pics heading through Salt Lake today. Possibly as far as Cheyenne. Anyone want to have coffee?

You can email the pics to yourself and you the compress function, then save the smaller version.

Also, I have done this route several times in our motor home as our son lives in Seattle. Best to stay on I-84 until you actually get to I-80. You don't need to pull the big mountain and you miss a bunch of SLC traffic.

Don't know where you are or if you are using RV parks, but there is a great Indian reservation RV/casino park just past Pendleton.

Bob,

I have no clue if it was the one you are talking about. But I know Matt had an extra belt as he lost one, going through a construction area and put on another one. The video is on Facebook.

If you happen to be around Savanah are, give a yell. A PM the day would be helpful.

I'm getting two more fan belts tomorrow. Rainx because the wipers are a joke just flop around. A speedo cable would be nice. And while it tracks straight it may benefit from an alignment.

That's all part of the adventure! Sounds like you're having a decent drive! Did you stop early enough to find a KOA?
