I like the Oilite idea so much that Oilite Sleeve Bearing are on order. I will install some and get back to you ALL in Corvair Land. My favorite place.

I know you may need them in sets of three. So one brake pulley would be $17.50 and a set of three would be $ 48.50.

I will not be making Clutch pulleys for 1966-69 as Aluminum pulleys are available thru Clark's.

Bring a bunch to the Fan Belt Toss. I'm sure they'll sell. I'll buy some for my car.

Roger. I would be interested in billet replacements for the clutch cable pulleys. Would Aluminum stand up to the chaffing of a steel cable? Seems like it would wear badly. Still interested if you make them and they can last.

The 1960 pulleys were stamped steel and GM used a plastic sleeve bushing inside the pulley, like the ones used in the pedals. You may find that without a bushing that you would experience galling of the aluminum pulley from the steel shaft. I think that GM probably switched the pulley to plastic to save money over the stamped steel part. These look neat.
