Sounds like you didn't do your valve adjustment right.

So I it take a few day to figer out mesure the compressions again;

6 0 5 147
4 100 3 145
2 0 1 0

So here was my hart attack sad smiley ... I throw my tools off and ,,, get for few wines, ah you know that feeling.

So what went wrong:

1. Has change the stem seals head on car, with rope in cylinder; did I bend the valve, when I hit it with hammer to relise the half moons ?
2. When I realized the lower stud row in not toqued I has retorque it, in wrong order, did I ruin the head ?
3. Did I overtighten the valves ?

After few wines I put my money on option number 3 and redone the valves today,
I find out that indeed few valves was overtighten !!! Near 1 full turn over correct (I think, not sure jet) adjustment.

So my results after readjustind the valves:

6 160 5 145
4 175 3 142
3 153 1 163

I has noted that moust (maybe all, not sure) wrongly adjusted valves was

Intake. Could be possible that when I change the stem seals, in some reason valve does not seat and not close properly ? And that went to wrong adjusting?

I has not started it jet, but I am sure it will work now, since the compression is back !

The way I adjust valves. Pretend they a solid lifters. Remove the valve covers and distributor cap. Now rotate the engine by grabbing the belt. When the rotor is pointing in the #1 position and the points are open go to #1 and adjust the lash to .001" on both rockers. Now set the preload to from 1/4 to 3/4 of a turn, your call on that. Now turn the engine by hand to the next cylinder and do the same thing. Continue until all six are done. This will take a few minutes longer, but there is much less chance of making a mistake.

Compressions before stem seals replace and head torque;

6) 165 5) 160
4) 160 3) 155
2) 145 1) 150

And after all that mess:

6 160 5 145
4 175 3 142
3 153 1 163

How to explain those changes in compressions ?

I find my old thread here and decided to tell the end of story.

Since I lost all the intrest to this "bad boy" oil burner, so it stays in garage 3 years.
I took off for a long time and finally decided to disassemble the engine. It was easier then expected. The oil rings were completely worn out. They was clean, but worn out. Oil rings fell down inside cylinder with no push at all, like butterflyes smiling smiley

I put new (standard) cylinders from Clarks and new rings, with old pistons.

I has done by now my first long test drive and looks like the oil level stays good.
Great success, I have a runner !!!

And thanks for the update on the solution. Good information to go with the symptoms for future troubleshooting.

Sounds like you have found the problem.
FWIW, a tidbit I learned a while back was that the turbine oil ring does not spin in the center housing. It stays in the groove of the turbine but does not spin at all. There is what appears like a groove in the housing but the ring does not go in that far. The ring presses against the housing bore & the turbine shaft spins within it. That is why it's important to install the shaft with it's ring, with the gap of the ring at the top of the turbo. When the engine is off, the gap ( being at the top) prevents oil from over flowing into the turbine, causing smoke at start up.
When you push the turbine into position & hear / feel a click, it's not the ring seating itself in to the groove housing; what you hear / feel is the little plastic installation band being pushed off of the ring.
