Bagged EM (front)... How I did it, because everyone always asks.

Ok, so now that I've had some time to pretty things up, here's a few pics of "how".
The actual bag used is a RideTech Shockwave 7000 (4" diameter w/ an internal shock that's adjustable.) I use their trunion for the lower that bolts into the stock shock mounting point on the lower arm. The top I use their stud option.

The lower arm has been modified to accept the width of the bags shock & adjustment knob. The OEM shock mount was drilled out & re-tapped for a pair of larger bolts, then welded it up a hell of a lot better than the OEM spot welds.

Upper arm was first reinforced w/ 3.8" steel on the sides. Cut out the center to accommodate the A-Frames new towers & then welded in a 3/8" bar side to side.

A-Frame is nothing more than a few pieces of 1/2" steel bar & a pair of 1/4" steel squares. Inboxed in the weaker points & did a cosmetic job on the face incase someone wants to take a peek at a show or something.

A-Frame is being sent to the powder-coater this week & arms are off to Jeff @ California Corvair for some chrome & new bushings.

More pics to follow!
