vapor injection

Hey Guys: Am contemplating adding vapor injection on my LM turbo per the Tech Guide but have one question...the article has the tube running to the "base" of the carbs...will it work if I connect to the air cleaner housing just ahead of the carb attachment point? Thanks in advance,

Sure...it's in the airstream! The amount of air it would displace is negligable.
