It is right in daves pics on page one. The are put right against the governor drive gear.

I thought the same thing when I took apart my first power glide transaxle. I never intended on using it so I didn't think much about it and I think I tossed it. Then on my Ultravan rebuild, of course I needed one and you can't just order them!!!
