Yup, might take a drive if it wasn't the middle (almost exactly) of winter....She'd kill me but if it were April I'd at least have a conversation.
(PM me if it may stay nearby you till then)

The Corsa goes outside next week and will ROT in the elements.

All sale prices I quoted in this thread are null and void but the vehicle remains for sale. Keep in mind that the longer it sits outside the amount of goodies on the car will be stripped off for my cache.

Thanks for the guys that expressed interest in the car.

i would have taken it myself but:
1.) Distance is an issue for me.
2.) no space really to put it
3.) Wife has put in an order for a chevelle so if I had space it would already be claimed.
4.) Son put in an order for a Gran Torino so no space...........again

Update: The car has been outside for a few months now and in the very near future I will begin stripping all the quality parts off it. It's fate after that is a farm field ornament like the ones' seen in those calendars.

The car is a roller with a incomplete powertrain. I don't want to do this BUT I need to so someone needs to step up to save this clear titled project.

Negotiations restart @ the $450 range. It's worth WAY more than this in parts.

PM for specifics.

When you add in the costs to haul it away not to mention one's time doing so then add in the $275.00. Not fun.

I'd bet that's going to be difficult to sell.

Craigslist is full of Corvairs just like it.

Just like all Corvairs it's worth more in parts if you don't mind having a junkyard at your home.

On a good note the more Corvairs that get crushed makes others more valuable!

The Corsa vert is at rest in the woods just rusting away. Maybe one day it will make one of those calendars. Rust in peace!

I have a project in my head, probably never make it out but will keep you in mind if it does. Corvair on a 4X4 truck frame.

Same troubles here saving unwanted Corvairs. Had an ugly but running Corvair that I was driving daily but no one wanted it as a whole so I cut is up, sold the parts for $1500, got $50 for the chassis seen below (including delivery) and I still have the excellent running 110 engine on my test stand. The value of surviving LM 4-drs went up a little that day.
