() Date: December 11, 2014 08:11PM After pulling the power pac on a LM , do you need to put something between the trailing arms to keep the arms from bending out ? I have to roll the car out of the garage. Re: After pulling the power pac Posted by:

() Date: December 12, 2014 10:51AM Just to show there are many ways to the top of the mountain. This is my latest solution. A 40 inch long 2X4 notched at both ends and a 8 inch long section of 1 1/2 inch by 3 inch tubing and a 10 inch long chunk of 3/8 all thread. Need to have the lower control arms and brackets installed the tubing has to be bolted solid to the center of the 2X4. A couple of photos will help explain. T. () Date: April 19, 2020 04:33PM Well thanks to all for the great ideas. I thought I would add to the mix. Notched the ends of two shorter 2x4s slide them into the trailing arm pockets and lag bolted them together for a snug fit. Then use two 8in pieces of angle iron and threaded rod to firmly connect the trailing links so I don’t have to remove them. Ratchet strap the combo together to keep everyone under tension. The motor mounting bracket came in handy for this one. Feel free to use.
