Yeah my Monza has some rust in very odd places, like the entire area around the wiper motor. Paint hides my cars issues well, nothing major but it's not as nice as pictures would have you believe.

Oh I have zero intentions of parting my Monza to fix this Corsa, that's what the pair of '66 Monza's are for, been holding out on cutting up the 'vert but when the time comes it has all the panels for the Monza and hopefully some the Corsa will likely be needing. Wonderful thing about my line of work, I restore cars for a living smileys with beer

Long story short is I plan on restoring both cars, my Monza as my playtoy and the Corsa as a close to stock driver cool smiley

Just started the Corsa, she runs amazingly well after her 32+ year nap.
Sadly the car is beyond saving, the '66 Monza was the better of the two cars and the PO and I got them mixed up over the phone.

From what I can tell the Corsa was parked due to a bad flywheel and the Monza a seized engine, by the looks of it the PO was planning on swapping the 140 into the Monza but never got around to it, both cars were abandoned over 30 years ago.
