Hooked the boost gauge from my truck up to get a true boost reading yesterday, the Corsa gauge is about right. Max boost is 10 psi, which was more than the clutch could stand. Now it starts slipping on boost, can't say a thing as I knew it needed a flywheel and clutch. There was a new pressure plate and disc under the hood when I bought the car, but the disc rusted away nearly as did the throwout bearing. Bad water leak around the hoodsad smiley

Carpet looks decent. How bad are the rockers and floors on your vert? Doesn't look too bad in the pix.

Rockers are rusted away front/rear, floor isn't bad till you get to the rear seat there is nothing left under it. From having it on the lift it isn't so far gone that it couldn't be saved but with everything else wrong/missing it's not worth it IMHO.

It would have been OK if not for giving up so many of it's parts for a '65 Corsa 'vert. The poor Corsa lost a bunch of it's parts due to being moved from one shop in FL to ours in NC. Bumpers, heater ducting, engine bits and so on were MIA. Both cars were being used to save the Corsa, the coupe was lucky and only had some carb linkage robbed, the list of parts used from the 'vert is too long to listsad smiley But it saved a Corsa and hopefully will help a few more, I plan to either sell it to someone needing a 'vert parts car or trade it for a coupe parts car.

Still waiting for my lightend/bolted flywheel to come in, 10# flywheel and a non hi-po pressure plate should let this baby rev freelythumbs up Not so sure how the four puck clutch and I will get along though, the on/off will keep the wife from driving it at leastwinking smiley

And I love the air dam from the '66, it helps way more than I thought it would, didn't have one on my Corsa or any 'vair I have ever driven for that matter. I really should paint it black though, the bits of blue stick out like a sore thumbgrinning smiley

I know in my heart I shouldn't do it but the YH has got to go. Sure it does it's job as it was made to, but it's just not up to feeding my engine/turbo combo.
So I will be installing an Offy 4bbl adapter with either a Carter AFB or a Rochester 4-jet, have tons of both off small inch V8's and even a few Carter WCFB's
to play with. I'm gonna break something I knowtongue sticking out smiley

4-Jet and air cleaner I am thinking about trying.

Since you are an english car guy, why not use a weber dcoe 40 or 45 with the turbo adapter? That should do the trick for you. By the way thanks for the door, and I am still looking through my parts for that 65 trunk lock for you.

I just prefer a 4bbl over a DCOE, and I just work on the English cars don't own themwinking smiley Glad I could help out with the door, last of the good body bits off that poor car. If you find one that'd be great.

Here are some pics and carb and adapter I bought to take the place of the YH, should arrive soon and then I'll see about getting it installedgrinning smiley already have the wastegate on and set to 10 psi for now, next on the list is making a custom intake crossover that flows better than the stock one and uses all four carb ports.

Do you still have the E flow compressor housing? If you do, I would swap that and make a new adapter to take advantage of the larger inlet. You WILL pick up boost and it WILL spool faster without the restriction.
