goatsnvairs, I've heard the terms before, but don't know what they mean. What does "short block" or "long block" mean?

Got my tins back from the powdercoater so of course I had to mock it all up. Also put new joints in my halfsjaft and cleaned them up.

Took the engine off the stand and dropped it on the engine cradle. Since I'm working alone I then used my hoist and some straps to match the angle of the engine and joined them together. Now I'm just adding parts to the drive train so it will be nearly complete when I put it in.....

It is a WOW engine, just like my 110 was. But he has air tube and air cleaner on, both have to come off to put fuel lines and throttle cross shaft & carb linkage on.

AGREED!
Seriously guys?
goatsnvairs drops the air-cleaner on for a photo-op and everyone has to start beating him up over it?
The guy IS familiar with working on cars!
Can't we just admire it for what he has done?

No one is saying you need to be PC. (I am personally anti-PC. It is merely a means by which the minority controls the MAJORITY)
Just saying be NICE!
If you are just kidding around, then indicate it.
There is no way to judge "tone of voice" on the internet, so add some "ggg's"(= grinning) or insert the grinning emoji. grinning smiley
Otherwise we will all be taking you as just being judgemental and rude.
