18 hp, fine for the 2+ acres I have. My brother-in-law just bought a used Massey 384 or 394 orchard type cheap with only about 2000 hours on it in Pa and sent it down. Should be arriving soon. He is developing about 40+ acres of grapes, then building the winery.

I'm very satisfied with my Ford and I have fork-lift tines as a bucket attachment. The tines are very handy for receiving and moving palleted stuff like engines and so-on. (1000# no problem) Note however, it takes a second set of eyes - the fork tines and pallet are 100% invisible to the tractor operator.

Shown below is a front-clip for a 2001 911, as received from the wrecking yard.

Here is some of my tractor collection,The first is a little tracklayer built back in the fifties ,The orange one is a 56 case vao and the blue one is an iseki grey market tractor 4x4 with 16 speeds forward and reverse ,four speed pto, Heat, power steering diesel.

I started out with a 61 International 560 in the early to late eighties, but it was too tall to when used for mowing. Around 1988 came the 1957 International 300 Utility, it needed work every time I used it. Shown here with after the front wheel separated itself. It was drivable by lifting the brush cutter. I then bought a new 1994 Ford 3415 diesel. Except for being in the wrong place when a tree fell over after an ice storm it has been trouble free.

My 1957 JD 420 gets used once a year for bushhogging about 3+ acres of old pasture and the rest of the time it is used for giving grandkids rides. I'm sure it prefers the later duty!

I know a former Corvair guy in Minnesota that has 2 JD LA's in his building. I need to call him up and see if they are for sale - would love to restore one.
